windows 7 will not go into sleep mode

I recently have done troubleshooting my windows 7 sleep mode problem. I did everything that Microsoft had me do to allow my pc to enter the sleep mode after 20 minutes. I can manually make it go into sleep mode, but it will not do it automatically.I have all the Advanced Settings configured so it will do it, but it still won't go into sleep mode.I am running microsoft windows 7 Ultimate.(32 bit).

It worked fine before i upgraded to windows 7 Ultimate.
