Windows 7 is booting in Safe Mode; How can this be fixed?

Let us work together to resolve this issue.

I would like more information from you, regarding this issue. Please answer these questions:

1.     What happens when you boot the computer normally?

2.     Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

Here’s what you can try:

To exit safe mode, restart your computer and let Windows start normally.

If this doesn’t work, I request you to follow these steps:

a.     Boot the computer in Safe Mode and press Windows key + R on the desktop.

b.     Type msconfig.exe and press Enter. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

c.      In the System Configuration dialog box, click on the Boot tab.

d.     Under Boot option, uncheck the box next to Safe boot and Apply the settings and restart the computer.

You can access safe mode from normal mode by selecting Start, Run, type msconfig and press the ENTER key. Click the Boot tab and check the box before Safe boot, click on Apply and OK and restart your computer.

To revert to normal mode you follow the same procedure except that you uncheck the box before Safe boot.
