Windows 7 gadgets do not load at startup, but If I right-click and open the gadgets, however, they will pop up

Hello, I have been struggling with "livesearchadnow direct" viruses lately,(even tough I have Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection) and I used some of the malware removal tools.  After getting caught to that virus once more, I followed the same procedure with the malware removers, and at the end, some of the startup files have failed working at startup such as sidebar.exe, but they start working when I choose them.

That is why gagdets do not load at startup, however when I right-click and open the gadgets, they pop up, and sidebar.exe runs in background as I see it in Task Manager.

Through searching, I've come across different suggestions, but they did not help me, that is why I am posting my own problem.  They were:

I see sidebar.exe selected in MSCONFIG's startup tab, so it is not about it.

I deleted all my gadgets and re-boot the computer, that did not help either.

In Turn Windows features on or off menu, Windows Gadget Platform is selected.

I couldn't solve this problem, so I would appreciate if you could provide me some solutions.

Thanks a lot
