windows 7, error 0x80070426, services are not executing properly and I have no troubleshooters

HP, P6-2108p, windows 7 x64 and x86 files

Xfinity **** Modem/Router all in one connects to other computers and devices, but the printer keeps dropping

can't get a wireless connection on my desktop

All my files that ran through c:\windows\system... and many others, diagnostics, tried troubleshooting, get error 0x80070426, userid is /test/

a tech setup a test file as my default account, but I can't access all the files, If I delete or change the name of test, will that cause even more confusion?

 

There's much more, but I think if I can get the services to execute properly, in the right order and get the test renamed like it was, maybe I'll get my files back.

 

I thought of creating a partition to reinstall windows 7 alone. I have enough disk space.

From your problem description I understand that, you have issue with wireless connection, printer, accessing files.

I would appreciate if you could answer the following question:

1.    Is your computer connected to a domain network?

2.    Have you made any recent changes to your computer?

3.    What are the troubleshooting steps you have performed?

 

As the test user account is an administrator account, you should be able to access all the files without any issues.

 

Follow these methods and check if it fixes the issue.

 

Perform SFC (System File Checker) scan and check you receive the error messages.
