Windows 7 - BSOD Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (NETIO.SYS) caused by address: NETIO.SYS+1713

Has anyone out there a solution so the below will not be happening again.

I got a hint to apply hotfix kb2958399  see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2958399/en-us

that refers to an stop error  STOP: 0x000000D1 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

with a list of patches on netio.sys

Have applied the patch-see what happens.
