Why does my task manager only show cpu usage in Windows 7?

I'm running windows 7 . Everytime i start my task manager it shows me the cpu usage only

Hi Artis Clark,

Once you start the task manager do the following steps to change the view,

a. Click the Applications tab.

b. The Applications tab displays the status of the programs that are running

on the computer. To exit, switch to, or start a program.
