Reboot your system, immediately, hit the key that your system uses for accessing the Bios, often the Del key, several times. Eventually the Bios screen should open, somewhere on that screen there should be a 'set fail safe defaults' set it then exit the
Bios.
If you have inadvertantly changed a setting in Bios when you exit, there will be a msg saying 'do you want to save settings' or similar, select no.
But the real question would be why do you believe you need to reset the Bios?
