VSScheduler Runtime Error 5 during startup

I get this during startup.  Pressing OK seems to give no adverse problems.  How can I stop this from displaying?

·         Have you made any changes to your system prior to this issue?

Method 1:

I would suggest you to perform a clean boot and check whether the issue persists.
