Follow the steps mentioned below to increase the page file size.
Method 1:
a.Click
on Start menu and click on control Panel.
b.Select
System in control panel.
c.In
the left pane, click Advanced system settings.If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
d.On
the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.
e.Click
the Advanced tab, and then, under Virtual memory, click Change.
f.Clear
the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box.
g.Under
Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.
h.Click
Custom size, type a new size in megabytes in the Initial size (MB) or Maximum size (MB) box, click Set, and then click OK.
NoteIncreases in size usually don't require a restart for the changes to take
effect, but if you decrease the size, you'll need to restart your computer. We recommend that you don't disable or delete the paging file.
Now reboot the system and check whether the issue is resolved.
If you are not able to increase the page file size by using method 1 check method 2.
Method 2:
a.Click
on Start menu and type in cmd in the start search box.
b.Right
click on cmd and click ‘run as administrator’.
c.Once
the cmd prompt starts type in the following command.
sc config afs start= disabled
Note:The syntax of the command is very particular
- there is no space before the =, but there is one after it
Now restart the system and check.
