troubleshooter not working. keep getting error 0x80070002. says troubleshooting wizard cant continue. please help me.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:
Step 1:RunSystem File Checker (SFC) scan to fix any corrupt system files. To do this, follow the steps mentioned in the link below:

Check if the issue persists,
Step 2: Let’s first go through the event viewer logs and check what is the application and module that is failing to load for more information on Troubleshooter crash.
Open event viewer
What information appears in event logs? (Event Viewer)
