System Interrupts - "Deferred Procedure Calls and Interrupts Service Routines" are running at 45%

This has been going on from the begining. I did a clean install of Windows 7 (32-bit.) When I look at the Resource Monitor it shows
the System Interrupts - Deferred Procedure Calls and Interrupts Service Routines are running at 45%. When I put a check on the
System Interrupts, down in the Associated Handles and Modules, it shows nothing. What is going on? How can I fix this?
I also get the same problem if I have Windows 7 (64-bit) installed.

My System is a HP Media Center PC m7330n
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20 GHz
2 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro 512 MB
SB Audigy sound card

Thanks....

Make sure that you all the harware drivers on the computer. Also get touch with the system manufacturer and update the
chipset drivers to you computer. as per my knowlegde This might occur because of hardware issue.

My fix was to uninstall the WiFi card.. then reinstall the driver for it.  System Interupts are no more then 0.9% now.
