[Solved] Event ID: 4101 - CAPI2 - Multiple entries in event log

In the eventlog of my fresh Win 7 SP1 64 bit installation (clean install with all updates) I find multiple entries for the above error:

"Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root certificate from: <http://ctldl.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/8F4xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.crt> Error: 12029 (0x2efd)."

and also (less often):

"Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root certificate from: <http://ctldl.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/8F4xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.crt> Error: This network connection does not exist.."

The event is logged each day several times (see screenshot at <http://abload.de/img/screenshot_capi32_errzdj0q.jpg> There is definitely *no* problem with my network connection and when I paste the URL <http://ctldl.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/8F4xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.crt> into my browser, I'm asked to install Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2011.

How can I fix this error?

Regards
