how to fix this Crazy Screen Crashing Freezing with a horrible sound

i am getting these crashes randomly this is how my screen looks like when it crashes ....

This issue normally occurs when the computer graphics adapter is corrupted or needs to be repaired. Let’s analyze and identify the cause of the issue.

 

Step 1: Safe mode

 

Boot your computer in safe mode and check for the issue.
