How To Clear Administrative Events Log - Event Viewer

Does anyone know how to clear the Administrative Events log listed under Custom Views in the Event Viewer?

All the logs listed under the Windows logs have options to clear, but the above dos not.

Hi Colonel,

That is because that is not "really" a log, per se.
It is a lookup of all logs (and there are a LOT more than most people know), filtered to show all administrative-type events.
The source column tells you which log it came from originally.

To get rid of them, you would have to clear ALL logs.

If you want to get an idea:
Go down to Applications and Services Logs and expand it.
Then Microsoft, expand it.
Then Windows.

Nice list, huh?
You would have to open and clear every one. To really clear it.
