How often does windows flush cache on disk

I have an SSD, with write cache enable and using write cache buffer flushing (that is, uchecked, not turned off).

I read that it means that windows periodically flushes the content.

My question is: how often does windows flush the cache (if needs to)? Each second, each minute, whenever the disk is idle or when?

Yeah, don't worry about this at all. It's not worth your energy. The only possible way for data loss is a sudden power outage.
