In Windows 7, there is no matching time zone in the drop down. Nor is there a match in the Registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones). Nor is it listed in .NET/Powershell ([TimeZoneInfo]::GetSystemTimeZones()).
Is there a hotfix or a setting somewhere to enable this to show up?
Not sure why this was marked as an answer? The article has a registry file that contains binary serialized TimeZoneInfo objects that define a whole bunch of Time Zones. It doesn't show how to create custom time zones, and it doesn't include Lord Howe Island
time in the list.
