2.Reset the permissions
3.Install the .NET Framework 4 components in clean boot mode





But this problem not solved , yet !!

Step 1:

I would suggest you to follow the steps provided in the article below and check if it helps in resolving the issue:

Step 2:

After followingStep 1 you can install the ‘Microsoft .NET Framework 4’manually from the website mentioned bellow. I would suggest you to follow the steps provided in the article below regardingMicrosoft .NET Framework 4 and check if it helps in resolving the issue.
