error install .net framework 4 (unable to create or save new files in the folder ....)

Sorry ! because i cannot write English Good ,

when i install .net framework  4 from dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64 file , i see this error :
unable to create or save new files in the folder ....

when i install .net framework  4 from extracct of dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64 file , i see :

when i install .net framework  4  from windows update , i see this error :

i try the following steps to test the issue : !!

1.Rename the Windows Update temporary folders
2.Reset the permissions
3.Install the .NET Framework 4 components in clean boot mode





But this problem not solved , yet !!

Please Help me ....please  help me for install .net Framework 4 !
I need that ....

·        Do you get any error message while installingMicrosoft .NET Framework 4?

Step 1:

I would suggest you to follow the steps provided in the article below and check if it helps in resolving the issue:

Step 2:

After followingStep 1 you can install the ‘Microsoft .NET Framework 4’manually from the website mentioned bellow. I would suggest you to follow the steps provided in the article below regardingMicrosoft .NET Framework 4 and check if it helps in resolving the issue.
