DVDACCSS error message when booting up CPU on my Dell Leap top

I am running Windows 7.  Every time I boot up the computer I get an error message that says  " dvdaccss could not be opened.  The system can not find the file specified.  This has been going on and continues to go on since I sent my computer for service after a problem with my disc drive.  this is an ongoing problem.  The computer does not seem to recognize the disc drive and I must control the actions from the control panel such as eject or install.
