2. When exactly do you get the error message?
Method 1: Perform a sfc scan.
Follow the steps from the link mentioned below to perform a sfc scan.
Check if you get any errors.
Method 2: Check in safe mode.
Follow the steps from the link mentioned below and check if the issue persists in safe mode.
If it works fine, I would suggest you to perform a clean boot.

Note: Once you are done with the clean boot, follow the step 7 in the link to put back your computer to normal mode.
