Can't uninstall anything on Windows 7?
Note: I also can't do a system restore. Every time I do it says that an error has occurred because of anti virus possibly being on (it isn't). I've tried multiple times.

Hi,
. Do you make any recent changes hardware or software on your system prior to this issue?
. What is the complete error message and error codes are you getting?
. When was the last time it was working fine?
Method 1: Try to disable the anti virus software and check if it helps
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Disable-antivirus-software
Method 2: Perform a clean boot and then try to uninstall programs
Follow the steps mentioned in the article given below.
How to configure Windows 7 to start in a "clean boot":
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: Once the troubleshooting is over, reset the computer to start as usual.
Method 3: Also I would suggest you to try System restore by disabling anti virus software temporarily
To perform System restore, you may refer the following link:
How to repair the operating system and how to restore the operating system configuration to an earlier point in time in Windows 7
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore
Hope this information is helpful.
Thanks and Regards,
Vinod N - Microsoft Support.

-Error for Uninstalling
"An error occurred while trying to uninstall ThreatFire. It may of already been uninstalled. Would you like to remove threat fire from the Programs and feature list?" With a yes or no option.
-Error for System Restore
System restore could not access a file. This is probably because an antivirus program is running on the computer. Temporarily disable your antivirus program and retry system restore.
An unspecified error occured during system restore (0x80070005)
I tried all 3 of your methods with no luck.
