BSOD 0x0000007e (0xffffffff80000003, 0xfffff80002a82a50, 0xfffff880035cd538, 0xfffff880035ccd90).

Hey guys, a have a Windows 7 computer that keeps on getting bluescreens. I looked in the event log to see what was the problem and I found this.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffff80000003, 0xfffff80002a82a50, 0xfffff880035cd538, 0xfffff880035ccd90). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 112515-23212-01.

I have no idea what this could be about. I found that 0x0000007e means that the problem is a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED problem and 0xffffffff80000003 means that is caused by a STATUS_BREAKPOINT. unfortunately, this is as far as my knowledge goes and i don't really know how to proceed.

The event log says that there's a dump saved at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP but I can't find it even after showing hidden folders and files.

found the actual location of the dump file. here is the link.

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Thanks for your feedback.

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests.
In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)

2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)
