Bluescreen after Standby Mode

Hi,

I get a bluescreen after awaking my computer form standby.

I made several approaches to solve it. I've run the Microsoft Memory Diagnostic tool, a RAM test with Memtest86 but no errors where found. I also  made a BIOS update (that helped for short-term) and some BIOS changes under "power management" to see if something changes.

I suggest it's a Windows made problem. So what else could I try?

BlueScreenView, MyEventViewer and other methods to troubleshoot BlueScreens. - check the

Sometimes resetting the Power Plans back to the defaults helps and then set them as needed.
