Bluescreen after sleep, BCCode 9086

Hello i need help with my Ultrabook by samsung/ NP530U3C.
When I want to power after sleep it work 2 second and then freeze, after 5-10 minutes it show bsod.
I made recovery and it do nothing. I updated bios and it do nothing.

Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Community forum. I understand that you encounter blue screen on Windows 7 computer. I apologize for the inconvenience.  Let me help you fix the issue.

 

Before proceeding with the troubleshooting, provide us with the information.

1.      Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

2.      Which security software is installed?

 

In order to troubleshoot this issue, let us follow these methods:

 

Method 1.

Run the Performance troubleshooter and check if that helps.

Method 2.

You may change the power plan and check if this helps.

Important: System Restore will not revert any of the non-system files like documents, email, music, etc. to a previous state. These types files are completely unaffected by System Restore. If your intention with this tool was to recover a deleted non-system file, try using a file recovery program instead of System Restore.

Important: While performing check disk on the hard drive, if any bad sectors are found, then check disk will try to repair that sector. Any data available on that sector might be lost.

Custom Install Disclaimer: If you don't format the hard disk during installation, data files are saved to a Windows.old folder on the partition you installed Windows 7.  However, you should still back up the files. If you have data files that are encrypted, you might not be able to access them after installing Windows 7. If you've backed up your data files and then restored them after installing Windows 7, you can delete the Windows.old folder.

 

Method 4.

I’d suggest you to update the chipset, video card, display and network adapter drivers to the latest drivers by visiting the manufacturer’s website.

1. No changes, like i said it is fresh system installed from recovery.
2. There is norton originally. I try on mcafee, no changes.
i tried all this method and still nothing.
I think it is hardware problem.

Please post a copy of your dumpfile as shared file to your Sky Drive with a link here.

 

For advice on how to configure your system to create dump files please read:

The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.

 

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?

 

Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your Sky Drive.

Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share with everyone and post a link here. The request for a copy of this file is additional to answering the question about make and model. i'm afraid You didn't read my first post.
There is minidump dowloadable from skydrive and model of my ultrabook NP530U3C.
There is all original stuff no modification at motherboard and there is only original soldered ram to motherboard, slot is empty.
I scan my minidump and the problem is in Intel rapid storage technology, but there is no newer driver for download from intel and samsung support.
All other drivers are actually - i made update all of drivers.
I contact with samsung guarante service and my computer need to go to service.
I made test of memory in MemTest v 4.20 and after 34% of test all goes bad and there is only red errors.
