AMD CCC/ AEM Capturing window error

Does anybody know what would be causing this error.  My labtop is running very slow.  I do not have exact specs except I am running windows 7.  Error starting occurring with no new downloads. ERROR message: amdCCC/ AEM capturing window.  It is a gateway labtop.

Check your AMD Catalyst Control Center software - uninstall it and see if that helps.  If so, consider installing the latest version of that software and see if the problem is gone.  If not, contact AMD.
