Relocate Boot Drive

My new PC (Windows 7 - 64 bit) boots from the IDE drive C:

I want to move this to a new SATA Raid (1) card and then do away with the IDE drive.  I have cloned the C: drive and mirrored it successfully but then the problem starts.

How to edit the BCD, Boot Manager, whatever, to make the new setup the boot drive.

Any suggestions appreciated - I'm trying to avoid building a new system in the new location nad having to re-install a zillion (well, nearly 100) applications and do a massive data transfer.

Thanks in anticipation.
