I would suggest you to follow these steps to increase the memory and check if it helps:
a. Press Windows key + R on the keyboard.
b. Type “msconfig” without quotes and press
c. Under Boot tab, click on
d. Uncheck the option Maximum memory and click on
e. Click OK again and restart the computer.
f. Check if it helps resolve the issue.
