Wireless Network profiles are not saving in Windows 7..How to save?

There is No data in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Manage Wireless Networks.. I am unablr to add/save/manage new network connections... 0 items in that folder. Can you help me to display my saved network connections?

Everytime I connect manually to new wifi or my home wifieven though i select automatic. in my windows 7 Ultimate32 bit.. help me? I even reinstalled my network drivers.. i'm using dell inspiron 6400.

Hi

 

Another update, I think this is something to do with the fact that my laptop is using the built in windows wireless utility and intel proset/wireless wifi connection utility.  The later seems to be holding the profiles but there seems to be some sort of conflict between the two.
