Windows 7 64bit Network drive displays offline and is not displaying all files.

Windows 7 64bit Network drive displays offline and is not displaying all files. The drive is on a samba share on the network, from my machine I am able to map and view the drive no problem using the end user credentials. Upon using a different profile on the end user machine I am unable to map drive and receive an "access denied" message even though the mapped drive appears under my computer but is not accessible this using the same credentials which worked previously on another machine. Please help!

Answer
Figured out the problem, The network share was offline and what was displaying was just the csc-cache. Upon disabling offline files the network drive and folders were fully visible and the issue was resolved. You will find this setting under: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Sync Center\manage offline files\ Disable Offline Files.
