Where do I go to manually configure my network settings? (IP, Gateway, DNS, Etc.)

Open the Network and Sharing Center then click on Change adapter settings on the left. Highlight and right click the adapter (wired or wireless) you want to change and select Properties. Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then click on Properties. Configure as needed. You can add additional DNS server addresses by clicking on the Advanced button and going to the DNS tab.
