I spent 5 hours over the past 2 weeks with Verizon Wirless to find out why my datacard just stopped enabling me to connect to the internet. Geting an "691 error - connection with reote server was denied"
Tier 2 tech support has given up. THey have now pointed me to support.microsoft.com - saying that somehow it's a "RAS691" error and Microsoft has to support to fix.
Can anyone help?
