Q: PC freezes when connecting to wifi netwrk PLZ help???

Hi I have a problem that's been driving me crazy for the past few days and I hope you guys can help, my HP laptop freezes each time I connect to my wifi network I tried disabling the services those that don't belong to windows and disable the file and sharing and the problem still stand please guys help me her what am I missing, by the way the wifi connection works perfectly fine in safe mode (what the ****??)

From the description, I understand that your computer Freezes while connecting to Wifi Network.

1.       Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

2.       Does the computer freezes while connecting to the Wifi or while Browsing?

3.       Are you getting any error message?


This could have caused if the Network Adapter drivers are not up-to-date or if there is any software conflict.


I would recommend you to follow the below given methods and check if it fixes the issue.
