DNS issues? No internet access

Hi everyone. I have a router that, up until recently, I've been connecting to with no problem. Now, however, I can connect to the router itself but it says I have no internet access. I've done all the power cycling stuff. Windows Troubleshooting told me it was a DNS issue, so I googled that and tried a couple of the ideas posted by others, but they haven't worked. Here's what I get when I go into cmd and type ipconfig /all:

Answer
Plugging directly into the modem did work, so obviously the problem was with the router. But the person who set it up didn't leave the name and password for the router admin, so I decided to just reset the whole router to default, and that seems to have done the trick for me. Internet is working again. Thanks for your time!
