"Cannot Set Up Extender" Xbox + PC

When I attempt to connect my Computer to my Xbox 360 using Windows Media Center I am unable to. I get a message that says "Cannot Set Up Extender" and a link to a very vague Microsoft help page.

I have temporarily disabled the firewall on my PC. (Windows Firewall)

I am using a DLink DIR-601 N-150 Wireless router with UPnP and Multicast enabled.

My PC is currently running Windows 7 (rev. 7600)

The Xbox 360 software is current (Last update issued 1-19-2011)

I tried for ages, only to find the Xbox could play music of another pc. So I tried to copy all the settings to my laptop and it worked. I think it came down to in the either 3 settings in "Advance sharing settings"

need to be selected

1. Turn on 128-bit encryption
2. Turn on password protected sharing
3. The user accounts and passwords to connect to other computers
