Cannot no longer access email account on my Sprint phone...any suggestions?

I have had access to my Hotmail email account on my Sprint phone up until March 22 and it suddenly stopped.  Went to Sprint and they tried all they knew but could not get it to work.  The error message I am getting is that my password is not valid for that account, but I can access my hotmail account on any computer using the same password.  Please help!!!

I don't see how anyone but Sprint or your phone manufacturer can help you if you can access Hotmail using a PC.

My thoughts exactly Brian!  I don't think the techs at the Sprint Store had a clue - they were "grasping at straw"!  I personally believe it is an issue with the Sprint Network and not Hotmail.

Then I don't understand what we can do here, other than some simple things.  Have you tried resetting the phone to its factory default settings and starting over?  Is it an Android phone?  Have you looked for answers in the Android forums?

"You" are one of those "straws" that Sprint was grasping at....they suggested that I contact you to see what you think, maybe you had this issue come up before.  Sprint reset my phone to the original factory settings and still nothing.  My phone is a LG Rumor Touch.  I appreciate your time in this matter anyway.

Perhaps someone other than I will have encountered this and can make a suggestion.  I don't use Sprint and I don't own a smart phone.  My phone's a simple LG420G.  http://www.lg.com/us/cell-phones/lg-LG420G
