Apache Tomcat/5,5,26 error report

When I try to access my comcast.net account I am blocked by a screen that reads: Apache Tomcat/5.5.26 error report and the page title is  HTTP 500, followed by lines of script which include com.comcast.cima.login.api.ticket.RealmAuthnTicketTokenSerializerException: com.comcast.cima.login.api.ticket.open.OpenTokenDeserializationException: java.nio.BufferUnderflowException
 com.comcast.cima.login.api.ticket.BaseRealmAuthnTicketTokenDeserializer.deserialize(BaseRealmAuthnTicketTokenDeserializer.java:69)
 com.comcast.cima.login.api.cookie.RealmAuthnTicketCookieReader.deserialize(RealmAuthnTicketCookieReader.java:33)
 com.comcast.cima.login.api.cookie.RealmAuthnTicketCookieReader.deserialize(RealmAuthnTicketCookieReader.java:8)
I already did Adaware professional and the problem persists.

Hi.

·         Which is the Browser that you are trying to use to access Comcast?

If you are using Internet Explorer, you may try to run the fix it in method 4 in the below given link and check if any of the third party add-ons installed for your browser is causing the issue or not.

Also contact the Comcast support for better assistance.

Hope this information is helpful.
