after install windows 7 no firewire listed in device manager

Running windows xp my computer had a firewire port listed in the device manager I ran my m-audio lightbridge with the firewire hook up. Then I updated to windows 7 64 bit and the Ieee is not listed at al, l plug in the m-audio device and will not work. I downloaded the driver programs from the internet and they did not find the Ieee firewire. Can someone send me or dirrect me to A reinstall of the Ieee port? I looked all over fir info found a lot of readind but no fix. Thank you John

You might need to download and install the drivers for the ieee1394 port from the manufacturer’s website and check if that helps.
