Hi,

Let’s check the firewall settings on the computer first.

Make sure that File and Printer Sharing is not blocked by Windows Firewall

1)  Click Start, type firewall.cpl in the Search Bar and press ENTER.

2)  Click the “Change settings” link.

3)  On the General tab, make sure that the “Block all incoming connections” check box is not selected.

4)  Click the Exceptions tab.

5)  On the Exceptions tab, make sure that the File and Printer Sharing check box is selected, and then click OK.

Also, temporarily disable the security software (Antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware, etc.) to see if it works.

1.Click Start and then click Control Panel.
2.Click System and Maintenance.
3.Click Administrative Tools
4.Double-Click Local Security Policy
5.Click the Local Policy and then click Security Options.
6. In the right pane at the bottom, double-click "Network security: LAN
manager authentication level"
7.Click the drop-down box, and click "Send LM & NTLM responses"
8.Click OK
