Home network/file-printer sharing with Windows 7 and Windows XP machines

I have 3 machines on my home network. #1 is a new Windows 7 64 bit (ultimate); #2 is an upgraded Windows 7 32 bit (Pro), and #3 is a XP machine. I am able to get #1 and #2 on the home network, but #3 is giving me trouble. I need to be able to share files at a minimum, and ideally printer too.

I would appreciate any advice or pointers. Thanks a lot!

You got to check this link for configuration/setup between XP and Windows 7 as both Windows 7 are working fine. Its XP that is having trouble:
