Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 scroll click not working

Hello

I purchased an Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 a couple of months ago.

I installed it on my notebook following the "start here" manual.

The mouse worked pretty fine, then I tried it on some games. But the middle button (under the scroll wheel) wasn't working.

I tried checking for a new driver but without any success. I also tried to find an option at the mouse configuration windows, but there was none.

I would like to know if there is any real clicking function in the scroll wheel, like the ordinary mouses, or my product have some manufacturing issue and need repair or substituition.

I use Windows 7 64-bit Professional and Windows Update is set to search for updates automatically.

Thanks

Hi,

Lastest drivers available here. They may have features the ones you are using do not have.

Latest drivers as of this date are Intellipoint 8.x

I do not think the 3500 has a programmable wheel however I could be wrong.

Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 - has a 3 year warranty.

Microsoft Hardware Warranties

These mice come with 90 tech support from day of 1st incident which would start when
you contact Microsoft at the below number. If the mouse is defective they would replace
it.

Rather than use my warranty I would check at OfficeDepot or other sellers who have
display models to see if the feature you are concerned about actually is included in
the mouse.

Visit the Microsoft Virus Solution and Security Center for resources and tools to keep your PC safe and healthy. If you are having issues with installing the update itself, visit Support for Microsoft Update for resources and tools to keep your PC updated with the latest updates.

Hope this helps.
