Windows 7 will not hotsync with Palm m130

USB Cradle/cable will not connect using Windows 7, have no problem with XP. Is there something that solves this problem?

Hi Nina60,

 

a)    What exactly happens when you attempt to hot sync? Do you get any error messages?

 

b)    Are you running 32bit or 64bit Windows 7 Operating System?

 

USB synchronization is not supported for 64-bit Windows editions. For 64-bit Windows editions, Bluetooth is the preferred connection method for synchronization.
