Webcam and Mic is not working in Toshiba satellite model: l755 s5244

i have a Toshiba satellite model: l755 s5244

my mic and webcam  stopped working about a month ago. 
i have ran virus scans and updated all of my drivers to the best of my knowledge. in my device manager there is also no imaging devices even after i download webcam drivers.
 please help

1. nope no message just that it cant detect webcam

2) no changes before it happened

3. yes bot the mic and webcam are internal

i have also downloaded the driver for the webcam and still got no camera dectable
