Tried to help a neighbor install a new HP printer.
Had to get assistance from HP using remote access
It was pointed out that 80% of programs were stopped from running and drivers needed to be updated
the technician said this had to be done by Microsoft and would take 60-90 min
As the tech was setting me up with a MS tech, i asked about the cost and said I would have to wait to discuss our situation as it was costly
Today in preparation for getting their computer fixed, I googled Microsoft Technical Support, 1-800-426-9400 and left my name and # waiting for a return call. The call came from a tella-marketer trying to sell me a vacation package.
How do I get the support I need
