scansnap s1500 error

Hello,

 

I have ScanSnap S1500 - Win 7. The problem is when i scan it gives an error "Access is Denied (0x80070005). The system may be unstable. Close other applications and resident programs to secure enough memory. If the problem persists, restart the computer." So uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of driver which i downloaded from manufacturer website. But i am still getting this error. Please not that i dont have issues with Win XP and also i did not store any network drive or local drive to save the document. "This error message pops up only i scan the document". Please help me.

1.      Have you logged in with an administrator account?

2.      Was it working fine earlier?

3.      Were there any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?

 

You may receive this error if you don't have the appropriate permissions to use the scanner.

 

Let’s try these methods and check if it helps.

 

Method 1: Install ScanSnap Manager Update (S1500) and check.

Method 2: Disable security software and check.
