Porque no puedo printiar en PDF si lo tengo descargado en mi computadora ?

Cuando trato de printiar un documento, aparece una ventana que me dice que no puedo imprimirlo, al cerrar esa ventana, aparece otra que me dice que no seleccione la pagina que deseo imprimir, Realmente no se que hacer ya que se poco de computacion.
