Palm Tungsten E2 and cannot get it to HotSync with blue tooth to 64-bit Windows

I have Palm Tungsten E2 no matter what I attempted I cannot get it to HotSync with blue tooth to 64-bit Windows 7 OS

The HotSync still works fine with the Blue tooth with my old XP OS PC after lauching the HotSync keep getting the following message:

Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the port is in use by another application

any kind wizz out there got any answers

I would suggest you to follow these methods and check. 

Method 1: HotSync troubleshooting: Start here

Method 2:  You must install the Palm Desktop HotSync Manager on your computer to sync your palm Palm Tungsten device with Windows 7.

Method 3:  If this doesn’t help, you may try and install the software in compatibility mode, for more information on running a program in compatibility mode, visit the following link.
