Need help My sony vaio freezing on Shutting down screen

My sony vaio laptop is recently freezing on shutting down screen. This problem exists when i  m using my Net setter. Sometimes after removing the Net settler And plugging again Window isn't finding the device and on Restarting or shutting down it will freeze and will come up with a blue screen error on next restart.

The attached DMP file is of the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) bugcheck.

This error occurs if drivers do not handle power state transition requests properly, usually during one of the following procedures: shut down, suspending or resuming from standby, suspending or resuming from hibernation.

We can see ewusbwwan.sys which is the Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. USB NDIS Miniport Driver.

I recommend checking for an update for the software that may be using this driver, or removing the software for temporary troubleshooting purposes.
