Local Print Spooler Service Not Running (Windows 7)

I have upgraded my Windows XP Client to Windows 7 in past few weeks. they were using HP Printers 1005, 1102, 2035, 2055d/n. The printers were working perfectly fine on XP but with windows 7 they are giving me errors which starting spooler service. those clients are unable to print from there systems. The Spooler service stops every 60 seconds.

User is unable to add shared printer as well.

\windows\system32\spool\printers
Tried to clear files from above path but their arnt any files.

restarted the Spooler Service multiple times but its not working.
