Lion sea Software found on my PC. What is it?

 Cleaning out computer I found in Downloads "Lion sea Software" , Driver Tuner Software, File Version 0.0.0.0 , 2.42MB.  Is this part of windows programing- is it safe to finish download,-where did it come from,- should it be deleted / uninstalled,- can it damage my computer.

No, it is not part of Windows, and I would uninstall it.

 

If manufacturer websites do not have drivers for specific makes and models for Windows 7 or any other OS, driver tuners/finders are not going to be able to get them either. What they do find perhaps are drivers for later hardware revisions than what you most likely have.

Look in Control Panel > Programs and Features

If you see it listed, uninstall it..
