Is there any different for Windows 7 print queue and windows xp print queue?

I have an issue with an application and we just updated to Windows 7. The application prints fine in Windows XP but doesn't print correctly in the Windows 7. The application has the printer setting in the app and you don't need to setup the print on the local workstation.  Any thoughts on this connection issue.

Thanks,
