Q: HTC ONE V not being recognised by HTC Sync Manager, can't find any solutions on line This thread is locked from future replies

Recently purchased the HTC ONE V, downloaded HTC Sync Manager but it won't recognise my phone. Have tried all solutions from the net but nothing has worked



1. Are you connecting the phone through USB or Bluetooth?

2. Have any USB or external drives worked on your computer?

Check the phone by connecting to a different USB port and see if it helps.
